Nokia Z Launcher: The First Attempt at Genuine Nokia site Android

The Nokia bought by Microsoft; Wrong! The mobile part of Nokia sold it and the most authentic Nokia continues its new "career" as a software company. One of the pilot project is the Z Launcher, a minimal replacement starter preinstalled on Android which has its own unique characteristics.

So it is "minimal" and that means that it includes few, good and original functions. It has a single desktop which has three key features:

  • Clock and calendar for immediate information at the top,
  • The dock with our favorite apps at the bottom and
  • The widget with the suggested applications in the middle.

On the third, which is the basic of all, the launcher learn our preferences during the day and suggests the correct applications, contacts and web pages depending on the time you use it. So this shows us everything we need at the right time.

We can of course hide what we do not care, but if we want to find an application from the rest, open the drawer or write freely on the screen with your finger our first letters corresponding to the application you want. This way we can do and search for contacts or information on the internet but is relatively slow to write the letters one by one.

The only thing that spoiled us as we used is that we can not look at the Greek, so the applications and contacts that have Greek titles are difficult to find. Otherwise it is very easy to use and simple. Right now is a trial version and you can download it free from the official page, but will soon appear on Play Store
